Chinese School 2026 Art Competition & Exhibition

[Chinese School 2026 Art Competition & Exhibition — Registration Now Open]

Open to Chinese School students under age 18, teaching assistants, and youth volunteers.

Theme: Animals, Nature, and Our Well-Being

(In celebration of April’s Earth Day and May’s Mental Health Awareness Month)

Artwork may explore themes such as animals, nature, harmony between humans and nature, and outdoor activities.

All submitted artworks will be exhibited in the Chinese School cafeteria from April to May.

Artwork topics can be any of the following:

✅ Your favorite animals

✅ Animals living happily in forests, oceans, or grasslands

✅ The beautiful and harmonious nature you observe

✅ Your vision of a world where humans, animals, and nature live in harmony

✅ Happy moments of playing, relaxing, and having fun in nature with family and friends

✅ An activity or sport you enjoy

📍 How to submit:

Please submit your artwork with a completed label to the school administration desk (Attn: Lei Yi).

🎨 中文学校 2026 年绘画比赛及画展报名开始啦！

面向中文学校 18 岁以下学生、助教及青少年志愿者。

主题：Animals, Nature, and Our Well-Being

（庆祝四月地球环保日与五月精神健康月）

作品内容可围绕动物、自然、人与自然和谐共处、户外活动等主题进行创作。

所有参赛作品将于4月到5月之间在中文学校餐厅展览。

绘画作品可以是以下任何一内容：

✅你喜欢的动物；

✅动物在森林、海洋、草原中的美好生活；

✅你看到的美丽、和谐的大自然；

✅你心目中人与动物、自然和谐共处的世界；

✅你和家人、朋友在大自然中玩耍、放松、开心的时刻；

✅你喜欢的一项活动或运动。

纽约首府华社中文学校中文老师及代课老师招聘启事

中文学校是纽约首府规模最大的学习中文及传播中华文化的社区。它是一个以志愿者为基础的非盈利组织,服务于当地的华人及非华人家庭。

学校拥有中文学前班至9年级，中文AP，和中文外语课程（CSL-Chinese as a Second Language）不同水平系统全面的教学课程，同时组织与中文相关的文化活动。

教学方式: 实体及小班教学模式。

教学地址：Shaker Middle School, Latham, NY 12110

教学时间：九月份到下一年五月份的周日下午（学校假期除外），一共27个教学日

工作职责：

按教学大纲备课教授中文，跟踪学生作业情况和进展程度,并批改作业和参加教师培训。组织学生参加学校组织的各项活动等。

招聘条件：

o 普通话标准,读写俱佳,有基本英语沟通能力。

o 有爱心，责任心强，细致耐心，善于沟通，有良好的服务意识。
