中文学校家长值日（PTA duty signups)-October is open 09/14/2022 - 9:22pm

各位家长，

您的学费中预交了$60 PTA押金，欢迎您注册中文学校家长值日获得退款。

🗓以下是现有的可值日的日期(更多值日日期会陆续张贴出来):

十月份：10/2/22; 10/16/22: 10/23/22

值日时间是12:50pm 到4:00pm。

Dear parents,

The school tuition includes $60 PTA deposit per family. You can register the Chinese school parents duty to get a refund.

🗓Currently available dates for parent duty are 10/2/22; 10/16/22; 10/23/22 (more to come)

Duty hours are from 12:50pm to 4:00pm.

First Day of School Reminders - Updated 09/10/2022 - 5:02pm

Dear Parents,

⏰ Chinese school will start classes tomorrow, September 11th at 1:00PM!

📍Location: Shaker Middle School,
475 Watervliet Shaker Rd, Latham, NY 12110

✅Please do not be late for class, and remind your children to bring their textbooks and school supplies needed for class.

✅ Remind your child the course name, teacher names and classroom number!

🔘1:00pm-1:45pm 1st period
🔘1:55pm-2:40pm 2nd period
🔘2:50pm-3:40pm 3rd period

✅If you pre-ordered Ma Liping textbooks, please print out the receipt in advance and ask the children hand over to the teacher to pickup the textbook.

✅food is not allowed in class, if necessary, please go to the school cafeteria to eat.

✅Desks and chairs must be returned to their original positions after class.

✅Chinese school rents all facilities of Shaker Middle School, according to the lease contract, all properties on the premises should be in good order. ⚠️If damaged, the fine will be made at twice the value.

ℹ️If you have any questions and need to change your course, please come to the school administration desk.

⏰中文学校将于明天1点开始上课 ！

📍地点：Shaker Middle School,
475 Watervliet Shaker Rd, Latham, NY 12110

✅请上课不要迟到，提醒孩子带上课本及上课所需要的文具。

✅告诉孩子课程名，老师和教室号！

🔘1:00pm-1:45pm 1st period 第一节课
🔘1:55pm-2:40pm 2nd period 第二节课
🔘2:50pm-3:40pm 3rd period 第三节课

✅如您预订马立平课本，请提前打印出凭证，让孩子交给老师集体领取课本。

✅课堂上不能吃东西，如需要，请到学校餐厅就吃。

✅因中文学校租用Shaker Middle School 教学楼，按照租赁合同，学生不得乱动或损坏学校的任何设备及财产，⚠️如损坏, 按价值的2倍进行赔偿。

✅课后桌椅必须回复原位。
