Tomorrow February 4th, Chinese school will be decorated with a festive atmosphere. Teachers in each class will give New Year red envelopes to students. There will be a wonderful dragon dance parade in the hallway during recess. Everyone is welcome to put on beautiful holiday costumes and celebrate the New Year together!

The Chinese Community Center Chinese School is the largest Sunday school in the capital of New York that offers Chinese culture and various types of extracurricular classes. It is a non-profit organization serving local Chinese and non-Chinese families.

Teaching Method: In-person

School Address: Shaker Middle School, Latham, NY 12110

Teaching Period:
Fall semester: Sunday afternoons from Sept. 2024 to Dec. 2024 (excluding school holidays), a total of 13 teaching days.
or
Spring semester: 14 teaching days in total on Sunday afternoons from Jan. 2025 to May 2025 (excluding school holidays) a total of 14 teaching days.
or
Full academic year: Sunday afternoons from Sept. 2024 to May 2025 (excluding school holidays), a total of 27 teaching days.

学校拥有中文学前班至9年级，中文AP，和中文外语课程（CSL）不同水平系统全面的教学课程，同时组织与中文相关的文化活动。

教学方式: 实体及小班教学模式。

教学时间：2024年九月份到2025五月份的周日下午（学校假期除外），一共27个教学日

工作职责：
按教学大纲备课教授中文，跟踪学生作业情况和进展程度,并批改作业和参加教师培训。组织学生参加学校组织的各项活动等。

招聘条件：
o 普通话标准,读写俱佳,有基本英语沟通能力。
o 有爱心，责任心强，细致耐心，善于沟通，有良好的服务意识。
o 无教学经验者亦可,中文学校可以提供培训及上岗实习。

各位家长和学生，

一年一度的中文学校绘画比赛又开始了，欢迎学生们踊跃参加。交稿截止日期为2024年3月6日。

【比赛主题：你眼中的2034年的世界】
**绘画可以展望未来，反映未来科技。可以是未来世界的学校，教室，城市，学习，体育，文娱活动等等。 让孩子们用画展现充满想象的世界，反映孩子们心中的梦想愿望。

**比赛免费参加，中文学校在校学生均可参加。
**不限工具和形式：素描、水彩画、蜡笔画、油画, 笔画等均可。
**每个学生只限交一副作品参赛
**截止日期: 202４年3月６日

交稿后，请保留原作品。如果有任何怀疑，中文学校保留检查原作品的权力。

The annual Chinese school art contest has started, and all students are welcome to participate. The deadline for submission is March 6, 2024.

[Contest Theme: The future world in 2034 ]
**Artwork should reflect future life and reflect technology. It can be schools, classrooms, cities, learning, sports, recreational activities, etc, in the future world. Let children use paintings to show a world full of imagination and reflect their dreams and wishes.
**It can be any form: such as sketch, watercolor, crayon, oil painting, etc.
**One entry per student.
**Deadline: 3/6/2024
