*领取时间：本周六（11月21日）上午10:30-11:00
*领取地点：华社停车场（11 Avis Dr, Latham, NY 12110）

*鼓励奖选手将收到电子证书。不必来华社领取。
2. 圣诞春节联欢会节目报名截止日期-11/30/20
历年来，中文学校会在秋季学期底（12月）举办圣诞新年表演活动，各班孩子们尽显才艺。今年我们还是保持这传统，在线上给孩子们提供一个舞台。欢迎孩子们踊跃报名。
*圣诞活动时间：12月13日，下午3:00-4:30
*活动方式：Zoom 在线
*节目形式：个人表演或小组表演（小组节目中，只要有一个参演人员是中文学校的学生就可以）
*节目内容及时长要求：语言，歌舞、乐曲均可；每个节目不超过5分钟。
*报名方式：中文班级学生请向中文班的任课老师报名。只上第三节课的学生向雷奕副校长报名school.events@cccalbany.org
*每班最多报两个节目
*报名截止日期：11月30日
3. 下周日（11月29日）中文学校不上课.

5. 学校校刊照片征集：
今年的校刊照片需要各位班级老师和家长协助提供:
*班级老师可以提供课堂截图.
*家长可以提供孩子们本学年参加中文学校各项活动或上课照片,或孩子的大头照.
请发给校务副校长朱磊：school.communication@cccalbany.org。照片文件名请包含中文学校账户family id (FID),孩子名字,班级名字。

Dear parents, teachers, and students,
1. All storytelling contest award recipients (except for Encouragement Award) can come to pick up trophy or medal.
*Pick up time: This Saturday 10:30am-11:00 am (November 21)
*Pick up location: Chinese Community Center Parking Lot (11 Avis Dr, Latham, NY 12110)
*If you cannot pick up on Saturday (11/21/20), please contact school.events@cccalbany.org
* There is no need for the Encouragement Award recipients to come on Saturday (11/21) as electronic certificates will be sent out.
2. Registration for Christmas & New Year online Performance: - Deadline 11/30/20
Over the years, the Chinese school will hold Christmas and New Year performances at the end of the fall semester (December), and the students of each class will show their talents. This year we will maintain this tradition and provide a stage for students online. All students are welcome to sign up.
* Event Time: December 13, 3:00-4:30 pm
* Where: Zoom online
* It can be individual performance or group performance (in the group program, as long as one participant is a student of the Chinese school)
* Language, song and dance, music etc. are all acceptable;
* Program time limit: each program does not exceed 5 minutes.
* How to sign up: Chinese class students can sign up with their home teachers. Students who only attend the third class can sign up with Vice Principal Lei Yi at school.events@cccalbany.org
* Up to two programs per class
* Sign up deadline: November 30
3. There will be no classes next Sunday November 29.
4. Deadline for scholarship application-11/25/20
*Applicants need to fill in the "Scholarship Application Form" online:

1) An application essay written in Chinese
2) A letter of recommendation from the school's teachers or school staff
3) Copy of Chinese school graduation certificate
4) A copy of the school transcript

5. School Yearbook Photo collection
School yearbook’ photos collection needs teacher and parents’ helps.
*Teachers can take screenshots of online classes.
*Parents can take student’s self-portrait or the picture they are participating in online classes.
Photos can be sent to Vice Principal Mr. Lei Zhu: school.communication@cccalbany.org. Please make sure your file name including "Chinese school account family id (FID), child name, and class.
