各位家长好：

尚未领取中文学校 2025–2026 学年年刊（Yearbook）的家庭，可在以下时间统一领取：

📖 领取时间
✅6月21日（周日）下午 4:00–4:30，在华社领取年刊；
✅8月14日华社 BBQ 活动期间领取年刊。

‼️如无法在上述时间领取，请根据所在学区，通过电子邮件联系对应的年刊联络员，并在邮件中注明以下信息：
（1）中文学校 Family ID
（2）家长姓名
（3）联系电话
联络员收到信息后，将与你联系具体年刊领取时间地点。

Families who have not yet picked up their 2025–2026 Yearbook may do so during one of the following pickup times:

📖 Pickup Times

✅ June 21 (Sunday), 4:00–4:30 PM — Pick up your yearbook at the Chinese Community Center @11 Avis Dr, Latham, NY 12110

✅ August 14 — Pick up your yearbook during the Chinese Community Center BBQ event.

‼️ If you are unable to pick up your yearbook during the times listed above, please contact the Yearbook Coordinator based on your school district by email and include the following information:

Chinese School Family ID
Parent/Guardian Name
Phone Number
A coordinator will then contact you to arrange a pickup time and location.
