12月份课程及活动（December class & event schedule)

📢各位家长，老师和同学们，

以下是12月的课程和活动安排表：

【12月7日】： 正常上课
🔹国际象棋比赛
🔹社区食品和物资捐赠活动

【12月14日】：是中文学校秋季学期最后一天，请注意课程及活动安排如下：

🔹 上课时间调整：

当天仅上第一、第二节课，不上第三节课。

上课时间为 上午 10:00am–11:30am：第一、第二节课。无课间休息。

🔹 11:30am–12:30pm：班级聚餐（地点：学校餐厅）

✅各班可自行决定组织聚餐，可选择 potluck 或统一订外卖。学校免费提供饮用水,餐具和小朋友冰棍。

为便于安排餐厅座位，请各位老师统计本班聚餐人数（含 成人人数 与 儿童人数），并将总人数报给 PTA 主席张琳。

🔹 1:00pm：圣诞暨新年颁奖联欢会（地点：大礼堂）

📢 Dear Parents, Teachers, and Students,

Below is the schedule of classes and activities for December:

【December 7】 Regular classes

【December 14】 This is the last day of the Fall Semester. Please note the following class and activity schedule:

🔹 Class Schedule changes :

Only the 1st and 2nd periods lessons will be held.

No 3rd period lesson.

Class time:

10:00am–11:30am — 1st and 2nd periods (no break in between)

🔹 11:30am–12:30pm: Class Lunch Gathering

Location: School Cafeteria

Each class may arrange its own gathering and choose either a potluck or group takeout order.

The school will provide drinking water, tableware, and popsicles for the children free of charge.

To help arrange cafeteria seating, teachers, please count the number of participants in your class (including both adults and children) and report the total to PTA Chair, Lin Zhang.

🔹 1:00pm: Christmas & New Year Celebration Show & Award
