中文学校一周简讯 2/18/2016

中文学校的家长们，你们好！

今年的冬假真是名副其实。

据报道Adirondack的whiteface山顶创下了历史最低温度纪录，零下110华氏度。大家做好抗寒保暖工作。

再次提醒大家考试的时间：
SAT: 3月6日在学校，1点到2点半
YCT 4级: 3月20日在华社，1点到3点
请注意，3月20日没有中文课，故而考试安排在华社举行，千万别跑错地方。

三月份有三个星期没有课，所以年刊工作现在就要开展了。年刊需要在4月3日前汇编成册。这是一项繁重的工作，希望各位家长积极配合老师，共同努力，给我们自己和学生们留下一个美好的记忆。照片集可以在华社的网站上找到 https://www.flickr.com/photos/ccc_albany/sets/ 。

Dear Chinese School Families,

It has been a winter lack of snow, but not frigid cold. My son described himself as walking popsicle after a few minutes of outdoor activity on Sunday. I hope you all stay warm and cozy.

Test dates to be reminded of:
SAT II Mock Test is scheduled on March 6th at school 1PM to 2:30PM
YCT level 4 Exam is scheduled on March 20th at CCC 1PM to 3PM
Please note that there is no school on March 20th, so the test will be held at CCC (11 Avis Drive, Latham NY 12110).

There are three weeks in March without school. So, it is important to start now the year book process that is due April 3rd.
Year book is an important project and carries a lot of memories during a school year. Please work with your home parents and teachers to start the process hopefully right after you receiving this note.
