Chinese School Offers 国际象棋课程 Chess Classes

欢迎报名中文学校新学年的国际象棋课程，在学习和提升棋艺的同时，还有机会参加学校一年两届的国际象棋比赛，和其他棋手切磋交流及挑战！

CCC Chinese School offers Chess Level 1 & Level 2. Students of all skill levels are welcome!

A flexible, student-centered class where students learn at their own pace and explore what interests them.

Students will:

Play against classmates, the teacher, or a computer
Practice tactics, openings, endgames, and strategy
Use chess engines to analyze moves
Learn from and share strategies with peers
Two School Chess Tournaments will be held during the school year for all students.

$247 (非华社会员 non-CCC member）
$173 （华社会员 CCC member）
*$60 华社会员费 (CCC membership)
*$80 PTA duty deposit （$60 reimbursable once you complete one parent volunteer duty）
