中文学校的各位家长、老师，你们好，

微信群里晒的各种春暖花开，给人一种春天提前到了的感觉，当然前提是你得有个好心情。要是你正好情绪不佳，没准就觉得自己已经移民到了月球上。连续两个周末没有中文学校，孩子们的抱怨肯定少了一些。接下来的课程安排只有春假放一个周末，直到在Memorial Day前结束这个学期的教学。

四月十二日学校安排有YCT四级考试，主要是5年级的学生参加。考试报括三个部分：听力（40题，30分钟），阅读（30题，30分钟），书写（10题，15分钟）。请考试家长配合老师做好预备工作。

年度的华人健康日也是在四月十二日举行。请参看附件了解详细安排。

中文学校的各位家长、老师，你们好，

诸位留神，接下来两个星期没有中文课。大家可以借机领略一下东北的早春，寒风虽然有时肆虐，但是阳光普照的时候多了，冰雪融化，各种生命都开始复苏。清晨或傍晚出去散散步，可以见到枝条跳跃的知更鸟。中文学校每年到了这个季节，就开始讨论下个学年的工作班子。期望热心的家长积极参与到学校的工作中来，给工作团队注入新鲜的血液，学校才能年复一年、日久常新的运转下去，我们的文化、传统也因此得以传承。如果您愿意下个学年为学校服务，请和我联系。

准备本学期毕业的同学，请在4月12日前将毕业申请递交给张晓清副校长。毕业申请表可以在学校网站上下载。

下次课是3月29日，也是年刊的截止日期，请每个班级尽早提交各自的稿件。

Dear Chinese School Families,

For the next two Sundays there is no Chinese School since the facility is not available. It will be a perfect break for the twenty three students who took the Chinese SAT II mock test last Sunday. Though it was mock test, it was quite an intense hour for many of the students.

For senior students who plan to graduate this semester, the deadline for graduation application is April 12. Please submit the application to Vice Principal Xiaoqing Zhang.

As snow on ground is quickly receding, we start to get a feel of spring breeze. Soon this semester will be approaching its end. Every year around this time, the school administrative team and PTA team will start to confirm roles for the coming school year. There are always opportunities for parents to get more involved in the school operation. Please come forward if you want to be part of the team to help and serve the community. You can contact me for more details.

中文学校的各位家长、老师，你们好，

这个周日凌晨北美时间调整为夏令时，时钟向前拨快一个小时。夏令时的下午1点钟是调整前的中午12点。请大家务必及时调整时间，准时到校。特别是参加中文SAT模拟考试的同学，请准时于1点到考场C206教室。考试1:15PM开始，先考听力理解，30题；然后是语法，25题；最后是阅读理解，30题。整个考试1个小时。考生自带铅笔、橡皮等文具。

另外我再次提醒一下大家，每个班级的年刊需要在3月29日前交给肖玲老师。请大家积极准备，不要拖到最后一天。今年度的绘画比赛作品需要4月19日前交给孙旭峰副校长。今年要求参赛的作品以春天为主题。是否切合主题将是裁判评分的标准之一。切勿一稿多投。

Dear Chinese School Families,

The Daylight Saving Time of 2015 begins at 2AM this Sunday March 8th. Clocks need to be turned forward by 1 hour so there will be more light in the evening. Sunday 1PM would be 12PM before the DST. Please follow the DST and arrive school on time.

This Sunday a lot of senior students will take the Chinese SAT II mock test in room C206. All the students taking the test need to be in classroom by 1PM so the test can start sharply at 1:15PM. The Chinese SAT II test consists of three parts, listening comprehension (30 questions), grammar (25 questions), and reading comprehension (30 questions). Students are allowed one hour to complete all the questions. Students need to bring pencils and erasers.

I’d also like to remind that the year book is due by March 29th. Please work with your home teacher to compile a page or two that are reflecting the best moment of your classroom. Art exhibition work is due by April 19th. Please submit your original art work with theme of “SPRING” to VP Xufeng Sun.
