一年一度的中文学校故事会比赛即将拉开序幕,你准备好了吗?

时间:2026 年11 月8 日星期天 1:00PM – 4:00PM

地点: Shaker Middle School Auditorium, 475 Watervliet Shaker Rd, Latham, NY 12110

宗旨:培养和激发广大学生学习汉语和中国文化的兴趣, 提高中文口语表达能力。

参赛资格: 中文学校在校学生。 参赛者请向所在班老师报名。比赛按年级进行。每年级分一等奖，二等奖和三等奖。

故事题材:故事必须与中国文化以及Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander Heritage有关, 包括成语故事,历史故事,谜语故事,古代诗歌故事,以及童谣故事，人物故事等。也可以挑选课堂上学到的故事。

建议每班推选 4 个故事参赛,可以按个人, 小组, 或者集体(班级)报名。学校会根据全校报名总数进行调整。 每个故事时间限制在2-4分。低于2分钟或高于4分钟会扣分。

报名截止时间为:2026 年10 月25 日 11:59PM

《2026-2027 Chinese School Storytelling Contest Registration Starts Now》

Purpose: The goal of this Chinese Storytelling Contest is to stimulate
students’ interests in learning the Chinese language and culture, to improve
their abilities to give oral presentations in Chinese, and to express themselves in
Chinese fluently and accurately.

Participants: Students in Chinese School (Please contact your language teacher for guidance if you want to participate). The contest will be judged on each grade level.

Competition date: November 8, 2026 (Sunday)
Time: 1:00PM – 4:00PM

Location: Shaker Middle School Auditorium, 475 Watervliet Shaker Rd, Latham, NY 12110

Suggested topics: Short Chinese culture-related stories, Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander Heritage, such as Chinese idiom story, short Chinese history story, Chinese riddle story, Chinese ancient poem or children's folk song (for young students), or something you learn from the class.

Each class is recommended to select up to 4 stories for participation. The school reserves the right to adjust the number of participants. Please limit the presentation time for each story to 2~4 minutes. If the story is less than 2 minutes or longer than 4 minutes, the score will be deducted accordingly.
