华社夏季烧烤节目征集/CCC Summer BBQ Performer needed

各位好！

诚挚邀请您参加一年一度的华社夏季烧烤（Summer BBQ）！活动将于 8月14日（星期五）下午 5:00–8:00 在 Elm Ave Park（Delmar, NY） 举行。

今年除了准备丰盛的美食之外，我们也将安排丰富多彩的活动，让大家在轻松愉快的氛围中，与老朋友相聚、结识新朋友，一起分享欢笑，感受华社的温暖与活力！

我们诚挚邀请各社团、俱乐部及社区团体踊跃参与节目演出或互动活动！无论是舞蹈、歌唱、乐器演出、武术、文化分享、团康游戏、魔术、相声、说故事，或任何能够展现才华、带给大家欢乐的节目，我们都非常欢迎！（限时5分钟内）

节目说明

* 每个节目以 7分钟以内 为限。
* 节目征集采 自愿报名，不作统一要求。

请于 7 月 25 日（星期六）晚上 11:59 前 提交以下资料：

请填写 Google Form，并将背景音乐及中英文节目简介上传至指定的 Google Drive，以便我们提前安排活动流程。

Hello everyone!

We are excited to invite you to our annual Chinese Community Summer BBQ, which will be held on Friday, August 14, from 5:00–8:00 PM at Elm Ave Park, Delmar, NY!

As always, we’ll have plenty of delicious food, fun activities, and a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with old friends and meet new ones. This year’s Summer BBQ is all about celebrating our vibrant community and the many talents within it!

We warmly invite all clubs, organizations, and community groups to join us by sharing a performance or activity.

Whether it’s dance, singing, instrumental performances, martial arts, cultural presentations, interactive games, magic shows, crosstalk/comedy, storytelling, or any other talent that brings joy and entertainment to the community, we would love to have you join us! (Maximum performance time: 5 minutes.)

Performance Guidelines

* Maximum performance time: 7 minutes
* Participation is completely voluntary

Please submit your performance by 11:59 PM on July 25,

Please complete the Google Form and upload your music file and program description( English & Chinese if possible) to the Google Drive, so we can prepare the program schedule in advance.
