🔹 上课时间：10:00am – 11:30am
🔹 当天无课间休息

📕【10:15am – 2:00pm｜每个交过学费的家庭领取一本Yearbook】 餐厅行政桌

🍽️【11:30am – 12:30pm｜班级聚餐】
地点：学校餐厅
各班可自由安排 Potluck 或统一订餐。
学校将免费提供饮用水、餐具以及小朋友最喜欢的冰棍！

🍋【特别支持｜Lemonade Stand 爱心义卖】
聚餐期间将举办新鲜现做柠檬汁义卖活动，欢迎大家前来支持！

🎨【12:30pm｜绘画比赛作品展 & 颁奖仪式】
地点：Gym
欢迎大家欣赏中文学校绘画比赛获奖作品

🎡【12:30pm – 2:30pm｜Carnival Games 游戏】

Dear Parents and Students,

Friendly reminder: Sunday, May 17, is the last day of this school year at Chinese School!

We will have a variety of fun and exciting activities for everyone: class potluck, yearbook distribution, Lemonade Stand, introduction to new courses and new teachers, student artwork exhibition, and fun Carnival Games.
Please feel free to invite your friends to join us!

⚠️ Important Schedule Changes for That Day:
Only the 1st and 2nd period classes will be held. There will be no 3rd-period interest classes.
Class time: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
No break between classes.

🧑‍🏫 New Courses & New Teachers Introduction
10:15 AM – 11:15 AM | Room W106

📕 Yearbook Distribution
10:15 AM – 2:00 PM | Admin Desk in the Cafeteria
(One yearbook per family that has paid tuition)

🍽️ Class Potluck
11:30 AM – 12:30 PM | School Cafeteria
Classes can arrange their own potluck or order food together. The school will provide free drinking water, utensils, and popsicles for the kids!

🍋 Lemonade Stand (Fundraiser)
Fresh lemonade will be sold during lunch. Please come and support this activity!

🎨 Student Art Exhibition & Award Ceremony
12:30 PM | Gym
Come and enjoy the winning artworks from the Chinese School Art Contest.

🎡 Carnival Games
12:30 PM – 2:30 PM
More than 20 fun games will be open!
Every participant will receive a prize.
Kids are encouraged to participate, and everyone is welcome to invite friends to join the fun!
