中文学校5月18号活动安排 (Last day of school scheule & activities)

本周日（5月18日）将是本学年最后一次上课日。请大家留意以下安排，并按时参加各项活动：

🎪中文学校将举办“Bring A Friend to School & Family Carnival”活动，学生可邀请非中文学校的朋友一同来校上课并参与各项庆祝活动。

当天活动安排如下：

1️⃣课程时间（上午10:00 - 11:30）

只上第一、第二节课程，没有课间休息，没有第三节兴趣课。

2️⃣学校年刊领取（上午10:15 - 11:30）

凡在本学年注册课程的家庭，可前往行政桌向朱磊副校长领取一本学校年刊。

3️⃣书籍捐赠与义卖活动（上午10:15 - 11:30）

在餐厅举行书籍捐赠与义卖活动。义卖所得将用于支持中文学校的教学和各类活动。

4️⃣新任教师介绍会（上午10:30 - 11:30，地点：S101教室）

欢迎家长参加下学年新任教师介绍会，本次介绍的教师包括：

萨宁老师（中文三年级）
林容慈老师（中文& Art-1 班）
邹远铎老师（CSL & Art-2 班）
赵明华老师（中文七年级）
李英老师（中文九年级）
李志英老师（CSL 班）

5️⃣班级聚餐活动（上午11:30 - 12:30）

各班将在餐厅举行班级聚餐。每位学生将获得一支冰棒。

⚠️为保持清洁，请各班家长与学生在聚餐结束后自觉清理桌椅，并勿留下垃圾。

6️⃣游戏活动（下午12:30 - 2:30）

各类趣味游戏将在体育馆举行，欢迎学生踊跃参与。

7️⃣华社新任董事候选人见面会（下午1:30 - 2:30，地点：S101教室）

诚邀大家参加华社新一届董事候选人见面会，了解候选人背景并提出问题与建议。

📢 This Sunday (May 18) will be the last day of school. The following are the lessons and activity schedules:

🎪 The Chinese School will host a “Bring A Friend to School & Family Carnival” event. Students are welcome to invite friends who are not enrolled in the Chinese School to join classes and participate in the activities on 5/18.

Schedule:

1️⃣ Class schedule (10:00 AM – 11:30 AM)

Only the first and second-period classes will be held. There will be no recess and no third-period enrichment classes.

2️⃣ School Yearbook Pickups (10:15 AM – 11:30 AM)

Families who registered for classes this school year may pick up one copy of the school yearbook from Vice Principal Lei Zhu at the admin desk.

3️⃣ Book Drive (10:15 AM – 11:30 AM)

The book drive will take place in the cafeteria. All proceeds will go toward supporting the school’s teaching and activities.

4️⃣ New Teacher Introduction Session (10:30 AM – 11:30 AM, Room S101)

Parents are welcome to attend the introduction session for new teachers joining next school year. Teachers to be introduced include:

Ning Sa (Chinese Grade 3)

Daisy Lin (Chinese & Art-1)

Yuanduo Zou (CSL & Art-2)

Minghua Zhao (Chinese Grade 7)

Ying Li (Chinese Grade 9)

Zhiying Li (CSL Class)

5️⃣ Class Potlucks (11:30 AM – 12:30 PM)

Each class will hold a potluck lunch in the cafeteria. Every student will receive a popsicle.

⚠️ To maintain cleanliness, we kindly ask all parents and students to clean up tables and chairs after the potluck and not leave any trash behind.

6️⃣ Field day/ Carnival (12:30 PM – 2:30 PM)

Fun games and activities will be held in the gym. All students are encouraged to participate.

7️⃣ Chinese Community Center Board Member Candidate Meet & Greet (1:30 PM – 2:30 PM, Room S101)

Everyone is invited to meet the candidates, learn about their backgrounds, and ask questions.
