学校年刊领取 (yearbook pickup) on 5/11 & 5/18

【关于领取学校年刊的重要通知】

📢各位家长及老师：

中文学校学费中包含年刊费，每个已注册中文课或第三节兴趣班的家庭将获得一本本学年的年刊（Yearbook）。年刊全面记录了一学年中各课程及校园活动，通过丰富的照片展现中文学校的学习与生活点滴。

年刊发放安排如下：

⏰领取时间：

▶️5月11日（星期日）下午 1:15 – 3:30
或
▶️5月18日（星期日）上午 10:15 – 11:30

📍领取地点：学校行政桌（餐厅），负责人： 朱磊副校长

✅领取方式：请告知您的中文学校 Family ID 或注册学生姓名，以便我们核实信息。

⚠️注意事项：每个家庭限领一本免费年刊，即便该家庭有多名学生注册课程。（大人俱乐部及ESL 班级除外）

【Important notice about picking up school yearbooks】

📢Dear parents and teachers:

The tuition fee of the Chinese school includes the yearbook fee. Each family that has registered for Chinese classes or the third-period extracurricular class can pick up a yearbook for this school year. The yearbook captures all courses and school activities in a school year, and shows the learning and life of the Chinese school through rich photos.

The yearbook pickup schedule is as follows:

⏰pickup time:

▶️May 11 (Sunday) 1:15-3:30 pm
or
▶️May 18 (Sunday) 10:15-11:30 am

📍 location: School Administration Desk (Cafeteria), Contact: Vice Principal Mr. Lei Zhu

✅How to pick up: At the time of pick up, just let us know your Chinese school Family ID or registered student name so that we can verify the information.

⚠️Note: Each family is limited to one free yearbook, even if the family has multiple students registered for courses. (Except for parent clubs and ESL classes)
