尊敬的各位家长，老师和学生们，

中文学校是租赁Shaker Middle School 的教室及其他设施用于教学活动。根据租赁合同的规定，所有人员必须在下午4:00之前离开场地。如有逾时逗留，将可能导致学校面临罚款。为避免此类情况发生，请所有老师、家长及学生务必于4:00pm之前离开教学楼。如未能按时离开，相关人员需承担由此产生的罚款。

Dear Parents, Teachers, and Students,

The Chinese School rents classrooms and other facilities at Shaker Middle School for teaching activities. According to the lease contract,all personnel must vacate the premises by 4:00 PM. Failure to leave on time may result in fines for the school.

To prevent such situations, we kindly ask all teachers, parents, and students to ensure they leave the building by 4:00 PM. Any individual who remains on the premises beyond this time will be responsible for any fines incurred.
