Safety Actions on 5/13

各位家长，

为了让家长们安心，本周日除了有警察到场，我们还将采取以下防护措施：
1.所有人都只能从餐厅的门进入学校，请不要从里面开门让任何人进入。
2.孩子必须有家长陪同到校，否则需要记录下来孩子名字，所在班级和家长的联络方式。
3.家长会将增加人手巡逻学校和看守各个进口。
4.老师也将关注每个孩子的行为，并确保教室内有老师或助教至少一人一直在教室里。

In addition to the police presence this Sunday, the school will take the following safety actions:
1.Everyone must enter the school from the cafeteria door. We will not allow anyone to enter the school from other doors except the cafeteria door. 
2.The student must be accompanied by parent to school. Otherwise, the student must record their name, class and parents contact information. 
3.PTA will get more parents help to monitor everywhere in school.
4.Teachers will keep a close eye on each student. At least one teacher or TA will stay in classroom. 
If you notice any suspicious activity, please contact us immediately.
