中文学校一周简讯 (4/7)

中文学校的各位家长、老师，你们好，

以前一年春夏秋冬四季分明。可自从十多年前开始的Global Warming到现在的Global Climate Change，我觉得季节也需要重新定义一下，改为一年六季可能更加贴切些：冬春冬、夏秋夏。也许有一天春假要放在冬假之前。

本学期还剩六次课。准备本学期毕业的同学，请在4月10日前将毕业申请递交给张晓清副校长。毕业申请表可以在学校网站上下载。

今年度的绘画比赛作品需要在4月1７日前交给单英辉副校长。今年要求参赛的作品以“夏天”为主题。“夏天”是否及时到来，就看你们的了！另外请在作品背后贴上姓名标签。

Dear Chinese School Families,

Mother Nature always likes to surprise us. This time it dumped one-winter worthy of snow in one spring day. Fortunately it was on a Monday otherwise we might have to have a snow day, which was hoped helplessly by my son, and probably some others.

Coming this Sunday will be the annual CCC Health Fair. Attached is the flyer. School will be open from 11AM in the morning for the event. Classes are still on normal hours. The cafeteria will be very crowded, parents of youngsters need to pay extra attentions to theirs kids.

For senior students who plan to graduate this semester, the deadline for graduation application is this Sunday. Please submit your application to Vice Principal Xiaoqing Zhang.

The annual art exhibit and competition is coming soon. The recommend theme this year is “Summer”. Art works is due April 17th and we all want “summer” to come sooner than later. Please submit your art work to Vice Principal Yinghui Shan and remember to attach a name label to your art work.
