假日苦短，人生苦长。大家苦中作乐，乐在其中。

在此祝各位新年快乐！希望大家从圣诞到新年的每一天都过得充实愉快，这个周日精神饱满的来中文学校上新年第一堂课。

Dear Chinese School Families,

Happy New Year to you all! I will see you on Sunday and wish you the best in 2016.

The very first day of 2016, I saw a lot of friends did two things: posting a new-year resolution list on various social media, which mostly includes having a healthy living style in the new year of 2016 by sleeping earlier and getting up earlier; the other thing they did was they made the post online after they slept in, well, for reasons we all understand. I guess the first day of new year does not really count. How about the second day then? Let’s start on today if you do have a new year resolution. I will share my list with you at school.
