中文学校的各位家长、老师，你们好，
一个星期的春假就要结束了。接下来六个周末都会有中文课，直到Memorial Day。这个周末有华社举办的华人健康年会。有几位热心的家长借机准备了可口的中国菜、点心义卖，为学期末的娱乐活动筹款。大家忙于参加抽奖活动的同时，别忘了顺便献点爱心。
YCT考试在C206教室举行。请带好铅笔、橡皮等文具，12点55分前到教室。考试于1点准时开始。
准备本学期毕业的同学，请在4月12日前将毕业申请递交给张晓清副校长。毕业申请表可以在学校网站上下载。
今年度的绘画比赛作品需要在4月19日前交给孙旭峰副校长。今年要求参赛的作品以春天为主题。是否切合主题将是裁判评分的标准之一。请在作品背后贴上姓名标签，格式见附件。

Dear Chinese School Families,
Hope everyone has been enjoying the spring break. School will resume this weekend on April 12th. I’d like to remind you that annual CCC health fair will be held at school and there are many free health related consultations. Please take advantage of this event. What is more, a few parents will setup food concession and proceeds will be used toward Chinese school field day by end of this semester. Do not miss the chance to get some delicious home-made food.
YCT exam will take place at room C206 starting 1PM. Make sure you bring pencils and erasers and arrive on time.
Graduation application is due this weekend. You can submit the graduation application forms to Vice Principal Xiaoqing Zhang. A passport photo is also needed to be included in the year book.
The annual art exhibit and competition is coming soon and we are accepting art works until April 19th. Vice Principal Xufeng Sun is in charge of this event. Please remember to attach a name label (see attached file) to your art works so we can properly identify authors.
